Our Ethiopian Nansebo is the sweetest and most floral coffee we offer, with a wider range of outstanding flavors such as honeysuckle jasmine. It was lightly roasted to show all of our Ethiopian origin's wonderful flavors.

No sugar or cream will be needed for this smooth and sweet coffee. It will become sharply sweet with one pinch of sugar, one drop of milk flavors will disappear because it is already sweet and flavourful.

These features show the best for hand pour-over brewing like V60, Kalita. It shows rich and deep flavors like star jasmine, honeysuckle flower, and lemony mouthfeel, giving a bright and vibrant brew that would make the day brighter for everyone.

Perfumed floral Star jasmine and honeysuckle notes, abundant sweetness of the simple syrup, table sugar, fragrant honey, and a citrus lemon water brightness. The quality shows on the cup, this is great for new coffee people to try and enthusiasts to fall in love with this cup of coffee! Also a Q-cupped top grade premium specialty coffee (91.5).

Farm

This lot comes from the Nansebo region, Sidama, and from a private coffee collection site and processing facility called Tulu Golla. This area of the Oromia zone is south of Yirga Cheffe town, but has similar coffee growing altitudes of 1800 to 2000 meters. Several hundred farmers in this area sell coffee to this station, and the local competition for coffee means prices to the farmer are on the higher end of the scale.
